Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a consultation or reach out as a builder, remodeler, or designer, we collect what you enter in the form. That can include your name, company, phone number, email address, home address or project location, details about your project, your budget range, preferred consultation days and times, design selections from our Door Styles tool, and any photos or plans you upload.

Information collected with your form. When you submit a form, we also record the page it came from, your browser type, and an encoded version of your internet (IP) address. We use the encoded version only to limit repeat submissions and block spam, and we don't store your actual IP address.

Information collected when you browse. We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you view, your device and browser type, the site that referred you, and your general location (city or region).

How we use your information

• To respond to your request by phone or email and schedule your consultation
• To design, build, and install your project
• To send a one-time email confirming we received your request, if you gave us your email address
• To understand how visitors use our website and improve it
• To prevent spam and misuse of our forms
• To keep business records and comply with the law

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers who help us run the website and respond to you: our website hosting and database provider, which stores form submissions and uploaded files privately; our email delivery service, Resend, which delivers form notifications to our team and confirmation emails to you; and Google Analytics. They may use your information only to provide these services to us.
• With partners on your project, such as a builder or designer you're working with, when you ask us to or when it's needed to complete your project.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Align, our customers, or others.
• In a business transfer, if Align is involved in a merger, sale, or similar transaction.

Photos and plans you upload

Files you upload with a form are stored privately. They are not publicly visible and are available only to our team.

Cookies and analytics

Our forms work without cookies. Google Analytics uses cookies to measure how the site is used. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are sent. To opt out of Google Analytics on all websites, you can use Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How long we keep information

We keep your information as long as needed to respond to you, complete and support your project (including during our warranty period), and meet legal and business record-keeping requirements. Then we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
• You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you've given us.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics as described above.

Children's privacy

Our website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
